Worthy of the Week
- Michelle’s DNC speech was magical. (I’d totally vote for a Hillary/Michelle ticket. Just sayin’.)
- Consider the alternative.
- In case of emergency… I bought this at a little flea market in NYC and love all the sayings. I’m waiting for “I’m currently without a husband” to come back in stock.
- I’m trying to do things with my hair to keep me from cutting it. I think a gold bow would help.
- Unknown woman eating cotton candy.
- Sleepwalk With Me from the producers of This American Life. I think I might treat myself to a movie this weekend.
- There are three ways to cook pasta. Did you know that? I didn’t know that.
- Am I a prude, or is the 1979 Victoria’s Secret catalogue downright skanky?
- I’ve mentioned these before, but I cannot get enough of the Old Navy pencil skirts. I hope they look good on me because I bought every color and pattern.
- So sad.
- $20 leopard print oxfords from Target. You know I bought ‘em.

Definitely racy for 1979, but what I noticed most is that you couldn’t see their ribs!

Yikes, nipples. That must’ve been like secret porn for guys back then. Weird.

I didn’t get a chance to see it – it was in and out of the theaters in Austin within a week! Hoping it comes to Netflix soon.
