“what do you think I fought for in Omaha Beach?”

I shared this video on Facebook and Twitter yesterday and I think it’s worth sharing again.

It’s a very inspirational speech given by a respectable WWII veteran who has fought for equality and is personally touched by the debate over gay marriage through his son. It’s rational and honest, and quite frankly, the complete opposite of what you would think an elderly veteran would stand for.

He’s an all around lovely and noble man.
