We’re going to Disney World!
We knew we wouldn’t make it a full year without visiting Disney World – After seeing a magical commercial, we booked a trip for October. We’ll be driving to Disney in our new Prius (Gas from Chicago to Orlando is less than the price of one plane ticket!) and staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort (I tried to book a Disney value resort – I just couldn’t do it) and I already made reservations at our favorite Disney restaurant, ‘Ohana.
And for the record, this trip was all my husband’s idea. You know, the man who didn’t want to have anything to do with Disney World when I suggested we go for our honeymoon. The man who didn’t think he could find a single thing at Disney that would entertain him. The man who now can’t get enough of the wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon, looks forward to spotting a hidden Mickey, and loves that everyone tells him to “have a magical day.” I love that he’s had a Disney epiphany and isn’t afraid to admit it.
Disney 2007 and 2007. Yes, I will probably have a different hairstyle this year, too.

Sounds like Kev and I with our Jamaica trips. This Dec. will be 3rd year in a row because we just can’t pass up the special 50%+ discount they offer every March/April for Dec.
We do love Disneyland though and want to go back. You’re staying at our favorite resort. Can’t get enough of the rides and we’re like kids when we go there. It’s a blast!
We should all 4 go sometime LOL Yea I know, you don’t know me from Adam but hopefully we can meet up one day since we live in pretty much the same area (By the way, where are you located if you don’t mind sharing? We are in the McHenry/Island Lake area)

Cindy – That’s awesome! Remind Disney that there are non-mom-bloggers like me who go to Disney every year and recommend it to all of our friends! I think Disney without kids is even more fun than Disney with kids! Haha.
