Vontoo Voice Messaging

Since I work in marketing, I’m well versed in all the ways in which companies target consumers. Direct mail, email, TV, radio, and banner ads are all typical marketing avenues with varying rates of success. Vontoo voice messaging contacts consumers through voice technology with a greater success rate than direct mail and more efficiently than email blasts. There is also no additional software or hardware investment in order to utilize the calling system.

The system is permission-based, so your audience only hears messages specifically tailored to their areas of interest. They have authorized you to contact them regarding specific products and services, so you have a captive and interested audience every time a voice message is sent.

Vontoo has successfully driven traffic and sales for many different businesses, and companies can even up the ante by involving celebrities! LaKisha Jones, a finalist on American Idol, lent her voice to Plan B Sundays at Belevedere, a night club promotion in the Houston area targeting trendy 20-30 year old African-Americans. Calls started going out only two weeks prior to the event, and the owners still received great feedback and lots of inquiries about the system.

Every one is bombarded with junk mail and spam, so it’s time for marketers to think outside the box, and voice messaging is the next step in attracting new customers through innovative and easy to use technology.
