Viva Las Vegas Real Estate
In May, I head to Las Vegas for a week to attend a conference for work. I’ve heard horror stories about how hectic and chaotic this conference is, so I’m not looking forward to a week’s worth of sixteen hour days when the pool at the Paris hotel will be taunting me.
It didn’t change the price of my airfare to stay a few extra days, so I figured since my company was footing the bill, I’d stay and indulge in some sun and cocktails. I even convinced Mike to catch a flight out of Chicago and spend a few days by the pool with me.
Everytime I go to Las Vegas, which has been at least once a year for the past five years, I always get the itch to look at Las Vegas homes. The warm weather and sunshine calls my name after a few winter months in Indiana.
I read that Las Vegas is one of the top five fastest growing cities in the United States, which makes Las Vegas real estate hotter than ever. A little house with an inground pool in a nice neighborhood just far enough away from the lights and jackpots to feel homey would be ideal.
Maybe I could find something something I could afford on a cocktail waitress income so that I don’t have to sit in a stuffy office and attend conferences?
