I am all for maintenance Botox treatments. My mom and sister have both had Botox, and I think it’s time for me to investigate a little for my brow and cupids bow.

Wouldn’t it be great if one of us took botox training courses? Or we could have Mike learn the ins and outs of Botox, since he’s the one with the medical experienced! Dr. Dolores Kent’s video, The Complete Guide to Botox Injections, gives detailed instruction on how to handle, store, and administer Botox in the face and neck.

It’s easy to order The Complete Guide to Botox Injections from Dr. Kent’s website, now I just have to find out where to buy vials of Botox!

im_goingtext-only BadgesI leave for Blissdom in Nashville early Friday morning, and I’ve been packing and repacking all week. You’ve got to dress to impress when you’re going to network with 100 other female bloggers!

I’ve packed two jackets, the standard cardigan and blouse, a cocktail dress, and jeans. There’s also cute shoes to go with each outfit, but I kept it pretty casual.

If you’re headed to Blissdom, leave me a comment so we can meet up! Are you pulling out your conference couture?

There’s so much to learn from No Reservations! This week, Anthony Bourdain is in the Azores, a small cluster of Portuguese islands in the middle of the Atlantic that I didn’t even know existed! Now that I do, I’m convinced it’s paradise. Look at the scenery, and how delicious the food looks, and how nice the people are…

You can see the full episode tonight, January 26th, at 10 EST on the Travel Channel, and as always, visit Tony’s blog for more on the Azores!

I had no idea the Miss American pageant was even on last night, but evidently Miss Indiana won for the first time in the pageant’s 88 year history. Unfortunately, Katie Stam didn’t work on her winning face before they announced her name. How tragic.

And I wasn’t being sarcastic, either. From the pictures on the pageant site, it looks like she’s a very cute girl when she’s not screaming like she’s in a horror flick.

EDIT: Apparently Miss America doesn’t draw enough viewers for network airing and has moved to TLC.

Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching, and jewelry is always the gift to give. Bonus points for unique, homemade jewelry like the magnetic jewelry from Archmaille Designs.

Not only are the pieces beautiful, intricate metalwork, they provide magnetic therapy, which reduces pain by increasing blood flow.

Just a little perk when wearing beautiful, homemade jewelry.
