Johnny Depp and Tim Burton are a match made in Heaven. As much as I love Helena Bonham Carter, I think Johnny should move into the other side of that duplex and raise Tim’s kids. My love for the both of them has me torn between my favorite Johnny and Tim movie.

I laugh and cry every time I watch Edward Scissorhands. I love when Peg tells Edward that “the light concealing cream goes on first. Then you blend, and blend, and blend. Blending is the secret. ” and it breaks my heart when Edward becomes twisted in the whole burglary scheme and all the blame is placed on him.

I am also madly in love with Corpse Bride and Victor Van Dort’s unconventional, and unplanned, marriage to the Corpse Bride. The music and singing is great, and the perfect light counterpart to the dark visuals.

Luckily, I might not have to choose between those to as my favorite after seeing their newest endeavor, Sweeny Todd, in theaters December 21st. Once you visit the official Sweeney Todd movie site and visit Sweeney Todd on MySpace you’ll understand that the duo have out done themselves this time. A deep dark movie with a chorus line is pure genius, and only Johnny and Tim, with the help of Helena Bonham Carter and Sasha Baron Cohen, can pull it off.

The movie has already been nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Picture and it hasn’t even been released yet!
