Thanks to the above picture, Mike now thinks that we should take Oliver to the Bahamas so he too can learn how to scuba dive.

How does one even come to the conclusion that their wiener dog can scuba drive in the first place? Do you just suit him up and hope for the best? Is there any training involved?
