Netflix has been a staple in our house for years. I won’t even consider cable because Netflix has such an awesome selection of TV on DVD which I can stream through our Xbox and watch completely commercial free any time I want. Unless my husband is playing Xbox. Which is way more often than any grown man should admit to.
But I now have the genius ROKU Digital Video Player to provide me with my Thirtysomething fix and not interrupt my husband’s gaming! Besides being teeny tiny and absolutely adorable, the Roku’s most endearing trait is the ability to stream movies and television straight from my Netflix queue. We have NetFlix and stream it on both our Xbox 360 and PS3. But just like you hubby likes to play his Xbox. What I love about the Roku is that I can order movies and watch them within seconds. I don’t have to drive to the video store or wait for them to show up in the mail.
