It seems like I’m having all kinds of jewelry issues lately. Last Christmas, Mike’s mom gave me a pearl necklace that was given to her by Mike’s dad before Mike was born. It’s super pretty and the pearls are big and shiny, but they need restrung badly. I’m afraid to wear them because a few of the strings look too frayed to withstand daily wear.
