I love Britney Spears, and I’m waiting for the big come back, but this is unacceptable.

This is clearly a case of being so jacked up that you literally forget to put pants on.

This is not one of those tragically trendy shirts that can pass for a dress. This shirt is meant to be a shirt. Pants are not optional.
