I agree that living in the city is a way of life. Everyone talks about owning as being great, but honestly it’s easy to refinance and throw in the cc debt, or other things and keep it stringing along. Also, the maintanance is huge. Cost after cost. I could rent something nice for almost a third of what I pay for mortgage, insurance, taxes…The only time it may really be beneficial is when it’s paid for
