Let’s Shop – Black Friday
This Black Friday, I want everyone (myself included) to remember two things.
1. Be kind. Print out this nice note from Operation Nice and share it with others while you shop. Drop one in someone’s cart, stuff one in a pocket of a new pair of jeans, or prop one up against a game in the toy aisle.

2. Think of others. While you’re out bargain hunting, pick up some necessities for someone in need or think about participating in the Salvation Army Angle Giving Tree. You can adopt an Angel online, print out their sizes and wish list, and drop off your donation on the way home.

Our Angel wanted socks and shoes.

And a baby doll with a stroller.

Check, check, and check. (With a little bit of style thrown in for fun.)

Looks like you did a fantastic job! Your angel will no doubt love it all. I do the Salvation Army Angel Tree every year. It has been a tradition in my family for a long time. I only wish we could see their reaction on Christmas when they open up the gifts, but I have the best time doing the shopping for them.
