Oh hey, what's up?

I told you so.

I called it. I knew it. I told you so.

Blissdom is the new Blogher.

Calm, cool, and collected. Until Harry Connick Jr. walked on stage and we all lost our shit.

In the most lady-like of ways, of course.

Before I left for Blissdom, I made a decision. A big decision. This conference wasn’t going to be about blogging as a business for me. It was going to be about blogging for the bliss of it.

I learned about inspirational writing and encouragement from Hallmark, about rediscovering play from Kevin Caroll, and about putting my best foot forward from Alli Worthington. I heard how Megan Jordan, Catherine Connors, and Tanis Miller artfully craft their stories, and how Nester Smith created her (fabulously well designed) niche.

I came home with ideas and stories and improvements I want to make, not just to my blog.

But for myself.

I couldn’t have experienced any of it without GoGirl. Who sent me to Blissdom and asked nothing more of me than to go, enjoy, and find my bliss.
