Work has been hectic the past week, but today is different. Today is sunny and cool and I’m calm and relaxed. And Harry Connick Jr’s new CD, Your Songs, is the perfect soundtrack for a day I’m determined to keep low-key.

Harry’s newest CD is full of classic songs from iconic performers retuned in Harry Connick Jr’s signature style, complete with a full jazz, big band and string orchestra. Lets all take a second to swoon – I’ve always had a thing for Harry. He’s handsome and talented and accomplished.

I just love putting in a brand new CD and knowing all the words – and Your Songs is light and airy and fabulous background music to any day.
