One way I manage my weight is by making sure I work out daily, even if it’s just for 5-10 minutes!

While dieting, I don’t keep anything in the house that I’m not supposed to be eating on my diet. I let my friends and family know that I’m on a diet so they can monitor me if we’re out to eat and they spot me ordering something with loads of carbs! I don’t push too hard though, I’ll let myself have a piece of cake every now and then.

I think I must have been using the rain dance method of weight control, because it doesn’t seem to be working. But when I’m trying harder it’s lots of water, fiber, and fresh foods, and no processed products. Thanks so much!

I believe the best exercises are simple ones that don’t require a lot of equipment or gym memberships such as walking, biking, swimming etc. Thanks so much!

My favorite guilty snacking pleasure is usually something crunchy–potato chips, Goldfish crackers, etc. I’ve also been known to have a dish of ice cream–whatever was on sale that week. Thank you for the contest!

At the moment, I don’t have time to manage my weight. When I have in the past, though, I take a walk with my son to do local chores (going to the post office, etc.). The rain dance method sounds interesting, though!

When I dieted in the past, I drank lots of water. More recently, I found that drinking a glass of milk in the morning seemed to help as well. No soda or coffee for me.
