So, apparently I can only get my act together every two weeks for Four Foods on Friday! I’m going to try harder next week.

This week:

1. Lynne’s question. Do you cook items besides meat on the bbq grill, and do you prefer gas or charcoal grills?

As a general rule, I don’t like anything grilled, especially on charcoal.

Artichoke.

4. Share a recipe for something that calls for American Cheese.

I’m a firm believer that you can add cheese to everything except Chinese food.

Last week:

1. Clair’s question.

What’s the biggest kitchen blunder you’ve made? The only thing that’s been inedible recently has been a tomato basil pizza I made with Pillsbury pizza crust. The dough tasted horrible, the center of the pizza wouldn’t cook through, but the bottom was burnt. We ended up leaving it on the counter and going out to dinner.

2. What’s your favorite snow day beverage?

Spice Carmel Apple Cider from Starbucks.

3. What’s your favorite way to eat celery?

Not at all.
