Four Foods on Friday
I missed Four Foods on Friday last week, but all that matters is that it’s back this week!
1. Sarafina’s suggestion: How far would you be willing to travel to satisfy a food craving?
Mike and I occasionally drive an hour downtown for our favorite pizza ever at Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinders and last weekend we drove two hours to Indianapolis for a Quattro Formaggio from Bazbeaux .
2. Have you ever eaten rabbit? What did you think?
Bubba the Bunny has been living outside our apartment for over a year, so I couldn’t bring myself to eat rabbit because of the bond that we’ve formed. Seriously. I audibly say hello to Bubba whenever I see her (she was determined to be a her this year since she looks like she’s going to bust with baby bunnies any day now).
3. Have you ever made your own bread? How?
The whole school learned how to bake bread once in elementary school (all 100 of us). That’s the day my sister came down with the chicken pox and I couldn’t stop giggling when the instructor talked about the “yeastie beasties.”
4. Where do you usually spend Easter and what do you usually eat?
Easter isn’t a big holiday in our family, which is evident by the fact that we spent this Easter playing the slots at Blue Chip Casino.

We have so many bunnies running around our yard it looks like a bunny farm!

I think Meg’s question was great! I would like to fly to Vegas or Cali to satisfy an In-N-Out craving right now.
For a few nights in a row we have had a bunny incident in our backyard. I finally got a picture, and have been waiting for the fundraiser madness to end so that I have time to post about it.

I think we ate at Chicago Pizza once when we were visiting there a long time ago. I remember we had deep dish pizza.
