Four Foods on Friday
I hate when I don’t get my Four Foods on Friday answers up on time, but I’ve been off work for a few days and to several doctors because of a back injury so I know you’ll forgive me.
1. Suggest a question for FFOF. Something fun is in store for the one whose question is chosen.
If you’re a dinner guest and are served something that you absolutely can’t stomach, how do you handle the situation? Is there an art to mushing your food around? Do you swallow as much as you can without gagging? Do you pray the host has a dog?
2. Share instructions on how to make your favorite smoothee or shake.
The blueberry Frapuccino’s from Starbucks were my absolute favorite last spring. I hope they bring them back again this year!
3. What’s in your favorite panini?
I love chicken and spinach on a good sourdough with a spicy chipotle mayo.
4. Share a recipe for potato salad.
I’ve never made it, I just enjoy it when other people make it, but I love German potato salad with sour cream and chives. I don’t like mustard potato salad.

That panini does sound good! Oh yeah, regarding your comment about the magic bullet. You’re gonna like this…when I put it on my Christmas list I put in parentheses under it (the blender not the sex toy!) My GRANDMA got it for me! I had to explain what the other version was! ROFL!

Hmm, that’s a tough question because there is quite a few things that I don’t eat so I could only hope it would be like a buffet type meal and I could avoid it all.
