Four Foods on Friday
It’s week 31 of Four Foods on Friday, and the topic of barbeque! Quite timely since most people dusted off the BBQ for the first time last weekend for their Memorial Day celebrations.
1. What is your favorite food that is cooked on the barbeque?
Ribs! Though I can’t remember the last time I had ribs.
2. What veggies, if any, do you cook on the barbeque?
Corn, mushrooms, zucchini, and squash.
3. Tell us a little about your barbeque habits. Who grills, how often, what months, etc.
I’ve never owned a barbeque, but I’ve manned the grill at my parent’s house during the summer. I think we’re an early and late summer BBQ family, because it’s no fun to stand outside infront of a hot grill when it’s 100 degrees out.
4. Share a barbeque recipe.
I don’t know a true barbeque recipe, but I know that my mom always ads honey to bottled BBQ sauce and it is delish.
