Half the bottle later, I can now swallow an entire hotdog without so much as a flinch. They made me sick, and I always forgot to take the one in the evening. If you got the same ones I was given, they have built in stool softeners, so you shouldn't have the problems some of the other ladies mentioned above. I displayed mine prominently on the kitchen counter. I got zero reaction. At least Mike gave you something one way or another. I started taking them last year also.
