Even though I live in the Chicagoland-area and am a bona-fide city slicker, I still live in Indiana, and hunting is big in Indiana so the Nikon BDC Slam Hunter’s Package would be a big hit for many Hoosiers hunters this Christmas.
This special promotion includes a ProStaff riflescope and laser rangefinder with case, an instructional DVD, and a $50 NikonProGear gift card which can be used towards Nikon Action Extreme ATB 10×50 Binoculars which are already $20 off!
If there’s a hunter on your Christmas list this year, you can’t go wrong with the Nikon Ultimate Hunter’s Package. Not only do they get great gifts, they get a hefty gift certificate to pick our something on their own!
After agonizing over choosing an Izea crew name by Friday’s deadline and consulting with family, friends, and other Insiders, I think we’ve got something that’s catchy, identifiable, and essentially at the heart of what all bloggers are…The Peanut Gallery!
I know everyone is starting to build their alliances, so I hope you’ll keep checking in to hear the latest Izea news and get ready to join The Peanut Gallery when the time comes!
I couldn’t resist having my picture taken with Mr. Peanut in Times Square for the big Peanut Gallery announcement!
We’re back from NYC! The drive was treacherous and we had to stop for the night because of an ice storm in Pennsylvania, but once we arrived the eating and sightseeing began. Tuesday was dinner at Craftsteak and a visit to Times Square, Wednesday was the Intrepid, a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty, lunch at Tao, an attempt to see the balloons for the Macy’s parade being inflated, and Thanksgiving was Little Italy, Chinatown, and Central Park.
I’ve spent the last three nights at my sister’s apartment in NYC and the accommodations are outstanding. New towels, clean linens, bamboo shades drawn, and chocolates on our pillows. Okay, maybe not chocolates, but she’s quite the hostess.
Starting in December, the $1 double cheeseburger will be $1.19 and the double cheeseburger will be replaced with the McDouble. Confused? Let me break it down for you.
A $1 double cheeseburger was two beef patties and two pieces of cheese. The new $1.19 McDouble is two beef patties and one piece of cheese.
That means McDonald’s is raising the price because of the price of cheese and taking away a slice of cheese from every sandwich. Sounds like they are being doubly compensated for that piece of cheese!
