Snore No More!

When I heard that Snore No More was giving bloggers a chance to try and review their stop snoring therapeutic ring, I knew I had to act fast because my dad snores so loud that my mom is forced to sleep on the couch. I’ve had the “pleasure” of being awakened by his snoring on numerous occasions, and I’m sure there are countless hotel guests that have called the front desk wanting to know what that awful choking nose was.

Lisa 2We’ve begged and pleaded and demanded that my dad participate in a sleep study, but he won’t have anything to do with it, but I thought that he might humor my request to slip a sterling silver ring on his left pinkie finger before bed. The ring works by stimulating the heart meridian and increasing energy flow to the heart and lungs, which helps to ease snoring.

The ring is said to eliminate snoring in completely in 70-80% of wearers, but unfortunately, my dad is not in that category. After a few days of wearing the ring, his snoring hasn’t improved, but it could take up to three weeks for the therapy to become effective. I also think that going into it with a bad attitude didn’t help things, so I’ve got a feeling it’s just one of those things that is going to take time.

I’ll report back in a few days with his progress!

  1. I can’t wait to hear the results of your “test”! My husband is a snorer. He’s been out of town this week and I’m catching up on some much needed sleep!

  2. Does he have sinus that there’s “something” blocking his air passage? It could be the cause.

  3. Lynne - I’ll keep everyone posted. I know he gave it another try last night!

  4. Haney - I’m not sure. He refuses to see a doctor about it because he doesn’t think it’s a problem.

  5. Seriously? How’d you get one. I know a few people in my family (who will remain nameless) that could benefit from one).

  6. Or perhaps it’s the pillow.,,just guessing.
