Wipers on the bus go swish swish swish

For the second winter in a row, my windshield wipers have craped out on me. Both times have been after a big snow storm, but I swear I clear the snow off my windshield before I turn my wipers on!
I look like I’m driving around town in an old jelope because the wipers are stuck in the up position.
Mine too! My back windshield wiper is holding on for dear life and the front ones keep sticking. I get new ones every 8 months. I feel ripped off every time I have to use them.
