We’re going back to Vegas! The last week of August my mom, dad, sister, boyfriend, and Mike and I are vacationing together. I know when we were in Vegas last month I said I wouldn’t be going back for a while, but I just can’t resist.

During my health and fitness kick, I ate Veggie Booty as a snack almost every day. Thank goodness I gave that up, because Veggie Booty has been recalled due to 51 cases of salmonella poisoning in 17 states.

It’s pretty scary considering that’s a huge kids snack with the hippie crowd.

I made a tuna sandwhich for lunch and before I opened the package of tuna, I checked the expiration date because I couldn’t remember how long it had been in the cabinet.
